RH
Like all things Andaz, the inspiration for RH at Andaz West Hollywood is pretty simple. Classically trained in France, Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault is pleased to be back on U.S. soil after working at several Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe. Always a strong proponent of local market to table cuisine, the accomplished chef is wowing diners with his Southwestern French cuisine featuring California's ingredients.
In her three-star review of RH in the Los Angeles Times, restaurant critic S. Irene Virbila raves about the "rich and rustic terrines", "the insanely delicious périgourdine poached egg." In the same review, she says the duck confit is the best she's had in the city; and gives the ultimate compliment: "RH chef Sebastien Archambault is quietly cooking some of the best contemporary French food I've had in L.A."
Parked against the glow of Sunset Boulevard, the RH Bar always welcomes you with a fresh drink and some titillating chit chat from our local resident mixers about the good old Riot House days when one needed to keep an eye out for a Robert Plant thrown television. These days, no worries, the only things being thrown around are refreshing cocktails and those famous LA pick-up lines. So, shimmy up to the bar and enjoy the view.

Thanksgiving Feasting at RH
Throwing in the oven mitt on making the perfect T-Day dinner? Bow out and let the French-trained chefs at RH restaurant do the cooking with market-to-table ingredients. You'll get charcuterie and artisan cheeses; roasted free-range, organic turkey (natch), stuffed with hazelnut and Huntington pork; sides such as cauliflower gratin; and desserts like pear pie and pumpkin cake. Also: drinks galore, including Bloody Marys and California Sparkling…it'll be hard to quit.
